The standard shipping for Herbsfromhome products is; USPS or Fedex  To inquire about alternate shipping options;  send us an email.  

Signatures are not required for delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address.

We will ship international, but do not use the web page 'bye now' as shipping, duty and any other charges must be added. 

We except credit cards by phone or wire transfer or money order or cleared check [at least 7 days to clear]

  If you receive a product and you feel it is not what you ordered, contact us immediately after opening the jar or bottle. Give us a chance to find what went wrong and fix it. Please be specific. If it is a good product, tell others and  if there is a problem, tell us.
