Castor oil is a vegetable oil obtained from the Castor bean. It is not a bean but the seed from the shrub.  Castor oil is a this thick, heavy, colorless to very pale yellow liquid derived from the castor bean and has a long history of use in folk medicine. In it's pure state, with little or no odor or taste.
 
  • Caster oil attracts and retains moisture to the skin. 
  •  It is also used as a thickener and an emollient for salves and ointments 
  •  Castor oil forms a hard film when dry.

  • Known for its effective pain relief when applied to skin as well as believed to draw out cysts, tumors and warts.
