Dear Lynne. I must apologize. You spent so much time 'looking into' making the personalized herbal rub for me and it was month before I got back to you to purchase it. it must be frustrating for you to make the effort and then have customer change his or her mind. The Rub with cayenne pepper and horseradish and a few other herbs and it is good. Comforting. Thank you for your special effort! Lizzy Misson, BC Canada

My son's neck and back were strained [or something.] very painful and taking a long time to get back to normal. Luckily he is healthy. the liniment worked well. Then i purchased the 4 herb Plus rub. I rub it in thoroughly after applying the apple cider vinegar liniment. He can rest then and is optimistic and so am I. Constance The chickweed salve is wonderful. i don't what i exspected. It is light and has a delicate scent. AS directed I don't use too much and it does what i want it too. The packaging is sweet. A diffent bag each time I order. thank you
Carla
Sorry for the slow reply. I wanted to use the rub for a little while before I sent you a reply.
I REALLY like the rub. It works great. I had twisted my foot and knee a few weeks back. Nothing major. But the rub does help and has actualy made the bruising and fluid subside faster.
I think the only minor feedback I have is the scent. It smells verymuch like olive.( it doesn't smell bad) I did se that you offer to add scents. Next time I order I'll request a scent.
Keep up the great work!

the packaging was well done. took some time to do it. i use chickweed salve, thanks for adding the apricot and hemp oil. It made a fine skin cream ---eased my nasty skin condition. My skin has been so rough and has that 'red' look. I will place an order every two months. thanks for the 5% discount. Tyler T. We are using apple cider vinegar and red pepper liniment. It has been applied daily, at least three times a day for almost 20 years. I am a believer, as is my family. the herbal rubs are icing on the cake. Billie, Edwin and family, friends and long time neighbors.
I am subject to cold sores. When I know there is one forming I use your Lemon Balm tincture and/or the Lemon Balm salve. [thank you for making the lemon balm in a lip balm tube to carry with me.] I know it is a hand crafted herb. Thank you for helping me out. it works great and if I pay attention it stops the sore from forming. A. Seattle Herbsfromhome is a great company. I have purchased many impressive products from them including Red Clover for a sleep aid, chickweed salve for my sensitive skin, Yarrow/witch hazel salve for my spider veins. Their products and customer service will keep me a lifelong customer. Isabel T, Phoenix Arizona

Thank you Leah for the personal help and encouragement you have given me before I had Lap-band surgery. I did not notice your web site on the navigation bar until my friend pointed it out. Margery Benson

We noticed you removed the pet care pages. We are sorry to see that. There were some great products offered. The herbal infusion for the stomach problems of our cat 'Timothy T, was exceptional. Was it limited space on the web site? Ben Phoenix Az.
We decided that we should say something about the 4 herb products. The ointments we have used for some years. There are very little skin problems such as warts and scaly skin that it will not heal as well as a great drawing salve for slivers and hard to heal sores. It didn't even take too long to get rid of the scaly skin problem. We had thought it may be in terms of years. The unknown bumps on my face cleared up within a few weeks. They tend to come back so i just get the 4 herb out of the cupboard and see to it that i make a effort to remember to use it at least 2 times a day [or once]The rubs are new to us. we have used the Pain Plus rub and the Penetrating rub with good results. We try them for different back and leg problems. I can see what you mean [your strong suggestion] to not mix them with other preparations. It also defeats the purpose to mix with 'store bought' salves.Allen and Brenda P.
I have been using Chickweed salve for a least 10 years and felt it was time to say somthing about it. It is great, great, great. As the years went by using the salve my skin has taken a turn for the better. i am not young and I wish I had started the salve years before. I think that it helps with wrinkles. I did not continue to have the the age spots after using the salve for a while. the chickweed did not remove the ones that were there already. so I started the chickweed/bay leaf salve [a recent product of Lynne's] in hopes that they would fade and they are as well as the discoloration of the skin around them. I am shocked. I know there must be something else in the salve to bring such excellent results. please don't stop making this special natural salve. It may not work for everyone but it works for me. thank you, thank you! Mrs Barbara W. from SouthBend
I no longer can purchase the cleaning products. They were great. E-mail me when you can put them on again. S.T. ND. I am impressed with the scent of the products. i know i should be satisfied with the healing power alone but now i can heal and have a comforting scent too!!! Gerry Cal I have some sores on my underarms. it is not usually something one speaks of but i bought the4 herb ointment and it works so well, gave instant relief so thought i should spread the word. Don't give up the web site. it is hard to find but I have it written down now. Molly J Cal.Froze the cough med --break a peice off wheni need it. Very satisfactory!!! Leland, Wa
Lynne! What an idea. The study is great. Don't quit --it is imortant. My friend and I are trying the Clover and Raspberry. We take Raspberry over the day as suggested and the mix at night. We are just being and will keep you posted. Barbara and Ida TxI purchased some comfrey leaf from herbsfromhome and applied it to my bad leg. I did as suggested. it was messy and time consuming [that was also suggested]but it worked miracles. I don't know what I expected but not that kind of relief from a plant. Forewarned now, I keep comfrey leaf in a jar out of the light[as suggested]. I also purchased chickweed and comfrey leaf and root salve. i use the 'Penetrating rub' under Specialty rubs' on my lower back on average 3 timed daily. it is amazing. I am a believer and have faith in herbs. Don't give up on us, the ones that don't understand the value of a herb[plant], thank you. As a PS. The details of the preparation of herbs for my issues was great service. AJ Parks. MN
The Stainless Steel cleaner works great. I just a spray on any of the appliances and wipe with a clean cloth. martha J. Portland Or
.Here is my story; My dog developed a benign growth about ¾ inch long and ½ inch wide. I cut the hair around the growth short, but did not shave it. The growth was in an area on his neck so licking was not an issue. For the first two weeks I used the bloodroot salve twice a day, applying a thin coat directly on the growth with a toothpick. The hair prevented me from any sort of bandage or cover, but did provide a base to keep the slave close to the growth. There was no apparent discomfort. Beginning the third week, I noticed the growth had shrunk some and I used the salve only once per day. By the end of week four, my dog was beginning to scratch the area and appeared to be a little uncomfortable, so I decided to stop for awhile. The growth has reduced in size to about 1/3 of its original volume. It just shrunk. There was no scaling or peeling or anything like that, it simply got a lot smaller. It has turned black. I will start up again in about a week or so. The process is going somewhat slowly, but it is working and I did not have to subject my dog to anesthesia or surgery. ChristyA
testimonial :Just to let you know how wonderful we found the 4herb ointment. Our little dog had a small growth on her paw and would not leave it alone, we applied the 4herb salve and within about a week, it was clear. She would not lick it when we applied the salve...maybe it doesn't taste good but it works well. Thanks marg I use the Four herb Pain Plus Aid rub. there are a lot of herbs in it and I don't know anything about herbs. But thank you, thank you, thank you. Ben
Polly and i both tried the chickweed salve with vanilla. It grows on you! Itworks as well as the scentless and we use it at lest 3 times a day. P nd R OreganI read the trivia about Darwin. Worms yet. it was a great article. thanks MarthaOur family has a history of sore throats. We use the simply syrup as you directed[ and the raw honey as diredted] and we have had excellent luck. It is not luck though is it--it is the effort towards maintaining our own health. we keep our weight down, eat properly and use herbsfromhome products. We get back what we put into it, our health. thank you very much Monica
Our story. My knees were aching. I tried presription drugs. I tried glucosomine pills. iwas using them in excess. Io was going to seminars for pain relief. Now, after 4 months I use the pills as a catch up when I am careless in using the Four herb Pain Plus Aid rub. We carry a small jar whereever we go. I cannot believe it. have faith and believe Lynne said. Ok i do. Dedication yes, I am. A special hug to an unknown. my life is so much better. LAWho would have though a maligned weed such as cickweed should be the cause of such relief. Thank you. Archie Ill.
The whole family used Clover and raspberry for the hair. It took a awile for the hair [and us] to adjust, but we are well satisfied. M and B MT
We have so far used 10 products so far. Just fine!!! Keep it up. A satisfied customer.I see you had a lotion for skin that has a lot of problems., I am trying it , it goes on nicely with no problems so far...TriseI
tried some cream with chickweed and lard and cocoa butter. i had you add some lemon grass as I like it as toner, I am impressed and will keep using it daily. the balm of gilead tincture in water as a gargle is something that is worth knowing. I thought it was an expensive exercise in futility but found otherwise. i then bpought the benmzoin tincture to use under tape because i am allergic to tape. I t works well also. Marybell M. Newfoundland Canada
We used the charcoal salve, as my husband has had a form of radiation poisoning that manifests itself in a serious itchy raw rash.. It is very scary and painful and it has, over the years, been coming back. Just when we feel the prescription drugs and baths have it in remission. The salve eased it immediately. We do not know whether it will continue with its miracle results. We will use with dedication, faith and we are believers. Thank you for being there for us. Mildred K. NH"
I would like to let you know that my 15 year old daughter has been using your witch hazel on her acne, and unlike a lot of other products it dries it up without being harsh on her sensitive skin!!! Keep up the good work!!!"
Kris L., Omak, WA"
I am writing to thank you for the wonderful skin care salves you are making. My personal favorite is the Healing With Signature Chickweed salve. I work as a farrier and tend a vegetable garden as well so my hands are going through constant abuse. I have gone through many products over the years and haven't found anything that works well enough. UNTIL NOW! A small dab of your salve before I put my gloves on to go work outside and after work my hands come out of the gloves so soft. Thank you for your great products."
Ted S., Cheyenne, WY
Thank you for explaining the different procedures for the use of herbs. There is a maze of different ways to use a herb, everything from teas to plasters. I have an unmentionable --and a combination of an applied wash and then an application of chickweed salve over a period of time has made such a difference in my life. Thank you, thank you. Martha ...Idaho"

I love the chickweed salve!! I had mine made with shea butter as the base. My skin is very oily. This product gives my skin the moisture I need without the breakouts most skin products cause me. Wash your face in the evening put some salve on and wake up with soft skin! I also use the chickweed salve on my son's eczema with great results."

"My skin has been acne prone since I was a teenager (I'm now 43). I've tried product after product and nothing has worked as well as the Healing With Signature Chickweed salve. I've received so many compliments about how great my skin looks from both my husband and friends. Thanks so much for making such a great product!"

"I just HAD to let you know how delighted I am with the Chickweed Shea Butter salve! My husband had horrible excema on his skin and nothing would solve it until we found Herbs From Home salve. Thank you again. I will be ordering more soon to use as a moisturizer and I'm telling EVERYONE I can how great this product is!!"

I had a ugly scaley area on my face and it worried me. It seemed to get larger and bleed when rubbed. I used 4 herb salve for several months and now the skin has healed and is soft. It took a concentrated effort and a belief in herbs and what they can do. I now am trying the other products and keeping them in the cupboard and using them when I need them. The Chickweed salve I use daily as a body care. LaineWell--hello Lynne and Alexis. My body needed 'body care' and now it has it!!! A.Looking younger is not a option but I am smoother and feel better about myself. Woman out there try that Chickweed salve. Joanne [2009]I have been using Raspberry and Clover herb tea each night before going to bed. I am sleeping better. Thank you both for selling me the herbs and explaining the use and preparation. [My e-mails were promptly answered also.] Tony [Canada]Hey Lynne... If I only knew what Darwin...knew...my patch of weeds would be a true organic garden. B.I bought a small plastic jar with a 'Four Herbs' label. How was I to know that a small dab of salve would heal my nasty sore. Germain H. TucsonI have been worried about the honey I use, It is hard to know whether it is just syrup added to honey or is it the real thing. I know the honey I have bought from these two ladies is the best honey I have tasted. There is no syrup in this!!! I do as the ladies suggested and take a wee bit each night, maybe not a tablespoon... Bobby from PhoenixI keep the Four Herb salve in the cupboard. I have had it stored a couple of years and it is still valuable. H.
When I milk my cow, ' Bendix ' I first treat my hands to chickweed salve and that way we both get the beneficial results. A.G.H Caldwell ID
It is not believable that no one has bothered to put in writing a testimonial about cayenne liniment. I am a steady customer. I first bought it on e-bay. I have the tincture and add what is needed to the liniment for my arthritis pain. It seems to very the amount of heat that is needed. People should write in more, how else will word get out. Ben K.NYI really like the scent of Balm of Gilead. I bought the Chickweed and Balm mix. I use it when I need it. Thanks Archie H. MaineI just received my all purpose household cleaner. No more rubber gloves!!! It does the job it was intended for and it leaves a faint pine scent!!! I tried try the wood moisturizer next. I have animals in the house and they have no manners--they lay on the furniture when ever they want--so now it is worry free, no chemicals---they can sit where the want!!!

Ihope people take the time to read these testimonials. It lets folks know about those homemade products out there. I was reading them [the testimonials] and decided it was time to try out the herbsfromhome products. I am partial to the Chickweed salve, which my family uses every day and the Four herbs ointment, it in the bathroom cabinet to be used when needed. I haven't tried the Go Green cleaners but that is next. The glass jars are so pretty, [I bought a hexagon shaped one] you two women really should put a picture on the web page. Brenda CA.My mother bought the furniture moistureizer and and I thought 'olive oil' you have to be kidding. I now use it. thanks. AL Mont
The Four Herbs and cayenne is exceptional! AT
Just thought I would let you know that I tried the witch hazel ointment on some insect or spider bites (not sure what bit me). There was an article in a health magazine giving different remedies from different perspectives. One mentioned witch hazel. The bites on both feet were bright red, inflamed and very hot, and swollen and itchy. I knew it would become worse if I scratched them, but I did not think I would be able to go to sleep. I applied the witch hazel salve and it took out the itch immediately. Next day I soaked my feet in Epsom salts and then applied a baking soda paste (which is supposed to draw out any poison). I applied the WH salve about 3 times a day for 4 days - they were bad, so it took that long. If any of the bite sites start to itch again, I apply the salve to them. Magic - no itch. Oh yeah, after this email from you, I also applied tea tree oil after showering and before the salve. The salve seems to work on hemorrhoids too. I did know that witch hazel is effective for them. I have used witch hazel in liquid form for blisters on my feet in the past. They shrink and disappear. Marilyn Florida.
