Devil's Club Root Bark is sustainably hand-harvested in Autumn months in rural Pacific Northwest mountainous regions. Recumbant roots are brushed clean and cut into 1-2 foot sections. The root bark is stripped and dried in either dehydrator or shipped to Arizona for the air-drying process which usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on the the temperatures that Mother Nature dishes out.
