Blue elderberries are sustainably hand-harvested in mountainous regions in rural Pacific Northwest - no pesticides - completely organic. Hand-cleaned, sorted and dried. A case sheet is included with each order indicating harvest details (elevation, air temp, area of harvest, etc.).
Elderberry Blossoms are also available for purchase in late Spring / early Summer months.
