Lomatium Root is sustainably hand-harvested in rural Pacific Northwest during late spring through early fall. Sustainable harvesting of the root. No pollution. No pesticides. This root is cleaned, left to wilt for a few days, then sliced crosswise about 1/2 inch thick and finished drying in cardboard flats. Stored in sealed jars. Dried Lomatium Root will be shipped to you in paper sack container along with case sheet indicating harvesting details.
