St. John's Wort flowers are sustainably hand-harvested during summer months in rural Pacific Northwest. Brushed clean and transferred immediately in a paper sack, then dried in either a dehydrator or shipped to Arizona for the air-drying process which usually takes 1-2 weeks depending on the the temperatures that Mother Nature dishes out.
